The culture of Monument Sotheby’s International Realty is defined by its PEOPLE; A collaboration of exceptional global real estate advisors who provide personalized service, local expertise, and unparalleled worldwide exposure. We are pleased to welcome Rachael Herrera Schwartz.
Growing up in Howard County Rachael watched her mother, Anne Herrera Franklin, work as a very successful real estate agent. Rachael elected to pursue her passion for helping others by attaining her Masters in School Counseling at Loyola University of Maryland and worked as a School Counselor in Howard County for nearly 10 years. When she was ready for a change from School Counseling, it was a natural fit for her to enter the Real Estate industry full-time where she could continue to help families by providing the opportunity to own real estate and invest in their future.
Rachael brings her experience from roles in the non-profit industry, education, and as a stay-at-home mother to help people find their “forever” home. She places a high value on clear, consistent communication, positivity and flexibility, loyalty, honesty, and innovation. She will help her clients through the ins and outs of buying and selling a home, making the process as stress-free and fun as possible.
She chose Monument Sotheby’s International Realty for its history of respect, authenticity, professionalism, and high standards.
Rachael resides in Fulton, Maryland with her husband, son, and daughter. She is committed to giving back to the community while volunteering with St. Francis of Assisi, Fulton Elementary, and her local Moms Club. Rachael loves taking walks, organizing, decorating, drinking good coffee, and finding a good deal!
