Monument Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes Rachael Altemose

Rachael Altemose comes to Monument Sotheby’s International Realty as the Listing and Design Coordinator of the Perlow Home Team. A licensed Realtor for 20 years, she is well educated in the architecture, building history, and aesthetics of Baltimore area homes. Her extensive knowledge of architecture, building and utility systems, and building materials is something that few realtors possess. Rachael provides essential staging recommendations, including simplifying and neutralizing spaces, art placement, and any curb appeal items. She is well-versed in addressing needs for cosmetic updates and value-based repairs with a list of trusted contractors to assist clients with sale preparation, repairs, cleaning, moving/packing, etc.

Rachael’s business approach is to consistently lead with her head and heart, not the data points of real estate. She is always personally involved with her clientele to knowledgeably advise and guide them through the selling and buying process to achieve their best results. Rachael loves helping her clients establish a place to make their home, and excels at helping sellers pass the torch on to the next party so they can pursue their next journey. This shared personal approach has also yielded immense referral business year after year. Every happy client who is sufficiently impressed with Rachael’s service and treatment to refer her to their friends is a personal career accomplishment.
