Andrea Carter is a Licensed Realtor® and Director of Operations for the Perlow Home Team (PHT) of Monument Sotheby’s International Realty. She grew up in the Pikesville area of Baltimore County, graduated from Towson University with a BS in Mass Communications, and currently lives in the Mount Washington area.
Andrea began her real estate career as a Title Processor for a title insurance company. She later transitioned to a new role as the Transaction Coordinator for the Fredeking Barton Team at Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Realty and then had the opportunity to join the Perlow Home Team. Andrea flourished in the role of Transaction Manager and expanded it to manage all aspects of the team’s needs and growth as the Director of Operations. Her organizational skills, problem-solving, and ability to prioritize and multi-task have facilitated Andrea’s success. She enjoys working closely with agents and clients and takes tremendous pride in assisting and navigating buyers and sellers through the transaction process toward the common goal of settlement.
Andrea has participated in volunteer work for The Helping Up Mission, the Jewish National Fund, and No Kid Hungry. She loves to exercise and cook, watch sports, particularly women’s sports, and is an advocate for equal pay and equal representation in women’s athletics.
