This serves her well as a realtor and directly correlates with the investment company Maria represents, Kelly Clayton Living, who rehabs homes primarily in the Homeland, Guilford, and Ruxton neighborhoods.
Maria teamed up with husband-and-wife duo of KCL where she is one of the main forces behind searching and finding homes in need of full to minor renovations, uplifting, or complete rehabs. She loves the hunt, and is always searching for potential projects, which allows her to perpetually have a pulse on Homeland and the surrounding neighborhoods. Maria is there from start to finish, managing project tasks from hiring contractors and vendors to checking on each property throughout the duration of the renovation. The before and after of each completed home resides with her, and is the motivation for finding the next project. She loves providing this opportunity for her clients and takes great pride in each home; bought, renovated, and sold.
As she works, lives, and raises her children in Baltimore City, her expertise and area knowledge is unmatched. When Maria is not working, she is entrenched in her children’s lives, especially their education. She loves her community and can often be found with her family frequenting local restaurants and markets. Maria and her family also love to stay active and attend sporting events, as her fiancé is an NFL agent, suffice to say, they are HUGE football fans!
