A native of Fredericksburg, Virginia, and a graduate of both the College of William and Mary and the University of Delaware, Wayne has been a full time real estate agent since 1998, during which time he has closed over 200 transaction sides. He has been ranked as a top producer and is an experienced real estate educator and former branch manager and mentor, assisting some of the best, most productive agents in the marketplace in growing their businesses. In 2012, Wayne was named by the National Association of Realtors as one of only seven Homeownership Heroes for his work encouraging and promoting home ownership in Baltimore.
