The original “Agent Extraordinaire;” Steven has been participating in, creating, and crafting real estate miracles since 2001. From his earliest days in real estate sales, Steven has learned the universal skills of old school brokerage, while seamlessly combining them with new school technology and hacks that he calls realtor alchemy!
Steven’s unique approach to the luxury home market involves a proven crisis management- loss mitigation negotiation style, and his very own collateral damage marketing approach. He brings a fresh visionary presentation to the often-mundane multiple list landscape.
From his work in new home custom construction, timeshare and resort development, luxury and historic home appraisals, Steven has honed a formidable skill set that few agents ever acquire. From hard to sell listings and large capital developments, luxury foreclosures/divorce and liquidations to tear down – new luxury construction, and basic start from scratch real estate development. Steven has mastered these areas; most of the time working quietly behinds the scenes getting the job done!
Steven holds real estate licenses in five different Mid-Atlantic states, as well as having earned degrees in philosophy, religion and ethics, and he is currently pursuing his third Masters’ degree in Real Estate and Real Estate Development at Georgetown University. Steven is also a Certified Project Management Professional.
