Monument Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce Robert Smith has joined it’s team of experienced real estate agents.
Robert Smith has more than 25 years’ experience in the real estate business, developing a diverse client base that includes individual homeowners, builders, developers, and real estate investors. Most recently, Rob has focused on working with seniors selling larger homes and downsizing, new home construction projects, and land development.
His in-depth market knowledge, superior negotiation skills and ready accessibility, as well as his truly positive nature make him a valuable member of the Monument Sotheby’s International Realty team.
Rob feels strongly about being immersed in the community he serves. He is on the Board of Directors of The Carl M. Woolford Foundation, Inc., a local foundation that raises funds for several charities that include: Best Buddies, Cystic Fibrosis, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Whiteford Child Care Center, and individuals that have experienced domestic violence. Rob has also coached many years of youth sports and served on the Board of Directors for his church.
