Monument Sotheby’s International Realty welcomes Adam Marks

Adam Marks, a lifelong Baltimore resident, is excited to announce his entry into real estate, where he hopes to bring his passion for building relationships and attention to detail to his client roster.

A lifelong seller and manager with well-known brands such as Google, CBS, and Pandora Radio, Adam has tremendous experience working with clients to build successful marketing campaigns and possesses the exceptional ability to build a level of trust that is second to none. Adam is thrilled to bring this level of trust and expertise to the Diane Donohue Team at Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.

“Adam is a true believer in the Donohue Team’s full-service concierge approach to real estate,” says Kimberly Kepnes, Vice President of Development at Monument Sotheby’s International Realty, “and he understands the benefits of working together as one for their clients, no matter what the situation.”  Realizing that every client interaction and subsequent transaction will entail its own set of needs, Adam prides himself on working through each detail to ensure the buying and selling process is seamless every step of the way.

Adam lives in Hunt Valley with his wife of 26 years, Laina, and loves spending time with his daughter Hannah, currently a senior at The University of Delaware, and his son Zach who is living in Manhattan working in Cyber Security at Deloitte. In his spare time Adam is an avid health nut who calls Brick Bodies his second home. He can often be seen exploring the local music scene and trying new craft brews in Fells Point with his wife and friends.

Adam is eager to jump into this exciting new venture and ready to help you with all of your buying and selling needs, or simply to sit and discuss any questions you may have as you begin your journey towards finding the home of your dreams!
