With over 17 years of experience, Athina offers an aggregate of experience, an extensive background of marketing and business ownership, coupled with real estate and professional designations. She has observed many changes and can shift with the Real Estate Market. Determined by her formidable work ethic and self-discipline, she launched Realty Specialist Brokerage Services in November of 2011. Her Company is Minority Certified for being a Woman Owned Business. With this certification, she was awarded a contract as a sub-contractor to complete Broker Price Opinions (BPO) for the Department of Housing. Whether her client is buying, selling, or an Agency looking for the completion of BPO’s, she has the ability to meet and exceed her clients’ real estate needs.
She has affiliated her team, Paradigm Home Group, with Monument Sotheby’s International Realty which meets her vision of a real estate agency contributing something fresh and energized to an exciting industry. She is fluent in Greek and is looking forward to the Global presence of Sotheby’s International Realty.
Athina is a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and has her Certification in Distressed Property Education (CDPE). She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Baltimore and is the Co-Founder of Meraki Baltimore, a non-profit networking group for women wanting to start a business or new venture.
