May 11, 2018, Baltimore, MD – A native to Baltimore, Gene Gekht has lived in the city for nearly 30 years. Gene joins Monument Sotheby’s International Realty with over 18 years of real estate experience. A graduate of Montgomery College, he is a licensed Realtor, home inspector, appraiser, and MHIC contractor. Gene’s substantial experience and skillset has afforded him the opportunity to flip over 200 homes, 35 of which were last year.
Gene Gekht has a proven record of working with investors. As a Senior Investment Specialist with a large, national, brokerage firm, Gene has experience working with more than 40 investors in the top expansion team.
