May 9, 2018, Baltimore, MD – Monument Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to welcome Caroline Nowell to their team of real estate professionals. Nowell was born in Surry County, Virginia, and raised on Dripping Springs Farm, owned by her family for over 200 years. She has had many unique life experiences including world travel, opening her eyes to many different cultures. After realizing that city life was more her speed, Nowell now calls Baltimore her home. Caroline Nowell has attended Tide Water Community College in Norfolk, Virginia, and The University of Maryland, Baltimore County. While on her path to medical school, Nowell took a detour to pursue her career in real estate. “I have an indescribable fire inside of me that burns for more knowledge in real estate,” stated Nowell.
“Caroline’s zest for life and love of learning make her a great asset to our team. Being one of the fastest growing brokerages in the area, we attract top performers to our company,” stated Jean Quattlebaum, General Manager of Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.
When Caroline Nowell isn’t studying real estate, she can be found skateboarding, surfing, playing soccer, or in a yoga pose.
