    Brandon grew up in Guilford and is a graduate of McDonogh High School and the University of Maryland where he studied international business.

    An experienced Realtor® serving Baltimore, Annapolis, and the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Brandon has achieved a reputation as a highly knowledgeable, proactive, and attentive agent for both buyers and sellers.

    He brings patience, honesty, flexibility, and availability to all interactions with his clients and was recognized by Baltimore Magazine as a Top Agent in 2022.

    Real estate was Brandon’s first career after graduation. He joined the Federal Hill office of Yerman, Witman, Gaines, and Conklin in 2010 and remained in that office for his first 12 years in the business as they transitioned to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty. During that time, Brandon lived in Federal Hill and immersed himself in the community. Through his affiliation with Monument Sotheby’s International Realty, he will continue to maintain a presence in the Baltimore area, working out of their Ritz-Carlton office while also keeping a desk in Severna Park to accommodate his clients south of the city.

    After spending 10 years as a Federal Hill resident, Brandon and his wife now reside on Kent Island with their daughter and a baby on the way. When he isn’t busy with family and clients, he enjoys boating, golf, hunting, and he is an avid fisherman – even winning the 2020 White Marlin Open in Ocean City!

    As a Baltimore native, Richard Racks began his professional career in information technology.  His long-term goal of working in the real estate industry developed from an early age when he accompanied his mother to her showings and open houses, and he has made the successful transition to a career path with endless opportunities.

    Kristie Thomas is an Operations Manager with The Fredeking Team of Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.  With more than 20 years in the real estate industry, Kristie worked as a buyer’s agent on a high-volume team in Anne Arundel County, MD, as a team manager there, and as a buyer’s representative for another high-volume team in Alabama.  She then struck out on her own successfully representing both buyers and sellers.  Upon her return to Maryland, Kristie joined the Fredeking Team where she enjoys leveraging her vast real estate knowledge to assist both internal and external clients.

    Always working to develop solutions, Kristie draws on her experience managing agents, actively selling, and contract management simultaneously.  She strives to assist clients in facilitating their real estate goals whether through investment properties, finding the perfect starter home, or investing in a family estate.  Further, Kristie makes every effort to develop lifelong relationships with her clients.

    Kristie graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Alabama with a Master of Library and Information Systems degree.  She holds two real estate designations: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). Kristie resides in Baltimore County with her husband Nick, daughter Tabitha, and son Ethan. Reading, traveling, and “glamping” are her leisure activities, and she is passionate about the welfare of all animals.

    A Baltimore native since before her first birthday, Cindy graduated from Roland Park Country School and went on to Dickinson College where she received her B.A. in Economics.  After five years working for T. Rowe Price in the retirement planning group, she started a new career in residential real estate in 1985 which dovetailed with her husband’s real estate career.  Cindy and Bob Merbler worked as highly successful business partners for over two decades.  During that time Cindy won top production awards annually and was named one of the 100 most influential Marylanders by the Daily Record.

    While her accomplishments are many, she is most proud of the number of her colleagues she helped to mentor through the years.  Cindy believes that giving back to one’s community is a gift that works both ways. Cindy’s most recent accomplishment was the Waterfront Partnership Skate Deck project which combined her love of local artists and activities for Baltimore City children and teens.  

    Dedicated to historic preservation, Cindy is serving on the Maryland House and Garden Pilgrimage Committee, which will be highlighting the Federal Hill Historic District in May 2023. She has also served as a Commissioner for the Commission for Historic and Architectural Preservation (CHAP) for seven years.

    Drawn to the strength of Monument Sotheby’s International Realty brand recognition, marketing resources, and support, she is looking forward to partnering on new marketing initiatives.  Extremely loyal to her clients, she has always considered her approach to real estate based on relationships rather than transactional.

    Svetlana is a bilingual, multicultural, and dedicated Real Estate professional with experience in teaching. After a long career helping children to learn, she wanted to make a change and do something she was already passionate about – helping families to find their dream homes. 

    Svetlana is unique because she applies logic and emotional aspects in equal proportion when solving problems. In her previous role as a teacher, she had to deal with different personalities.     Erin Kelly was born and raised in Baltimore County, Maryland, and received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Erin brings more than 25 years of extensive executive experience in business, sales, strategic planning and execution, market strategy, and program management in the fitness industry to her role as a realtor.

Ashley is currently the president of the Dulaney Forest Community Association and is the Treasurer of the Greater Timonium Community Council.

    Ashley is a graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA with B.A. degrees in American Studies and English. Locally she attended Stoneleigh Elementary, Dumbarton Middle (then called Dumbarton Junior High), and Towson High School. She enjoys walking and exercising with her dog, Bunny, a Chesapeake Bay retriever.

    Born in Houston, Texas, Alison Morris lived in DC, New York City, Beirut and Buenos Aires before making Baltimore City her home.  She began her professional career in international affairs, moved into domestic policy working in education reform, and later found her passion in neighborhood organizing and housing development.  Ali’s interest in policy and how it impacts the built environment led her to the real estate industry through which she has developed a reputation and record as a member of the Fedeking Team. Helping people find the right home and feel connected to their community are her hallmarks of success.

    A resident of Greater Baltimore for over 40 years, Marsha began her professional sales career in Baltimore City after graduating from McDaniel College.  She represents the third generation in her family to graduate from this institution and continues her affiliation as an appointed member on the Alumni Council.  Her passion for helping clients acquire well-suited solutions to fit their needs led Marsha to become a highly successful executive in America’s Fortune 200.  Today, she leverages her strengths in: relationship building, strategic thinking, consultative sales, and persuasive negotiating to produce seamless home buying and selling experiences for her clients.

    Having lived in Texas, New York, Chicago, Raleigh, Nashville, and Baltimore, Kris Bailey understands the exciting anticipation and uncertainty associated with moving.  Dedicated to making the home buying and selling process as seamless and enjoyable as possible for her clients, her keen attention to detail enables Kris to keep her clients informed and educated throughout their journey.  She takes the time to listen to her clients, providing unwavering support to develop ongoing personal connections.
