A graduate of the University of Baltimore with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, Shanai built a strong foundation in leadership, public service, and administration. She previously served as Chief Deputy in the Baltimore City Register of Wills Office, where she oversaw probate operations, managed auditing and record-keeping functions, and led staff development. This unique background gives her a distinct advantage when working with estate properties and clients navigating complex probate matters.
