For Arzu, real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It is about helping people make thoughtful housing decisions with clarity and confidence. Arzu’s background combines design, business, and real estate. She earned a degree in Industrial Design from Middle East Technical University (METU) and later completed a degree in Contemporary Business Management at Marmara University. Before entering real estate, she spent more than twenty years in luxury design, business leadership, and client consulting, representing internationally recognized luxury brands and collaborating with homeowners, architects, designers, and builders on exceptional residential projects.
That experience shaped the philosophy that guides her work today:

Drawing on her design expertise, Arzu helps homeowners identify the improvements, presentation strategies, and marketing approach that maximize a property’s appeal and highlight its unique character. Her perspective is further strengthened by her own real estate experience. As a homeowner, real estate investor, and property manager, Arzu understands firsthand the decisions involved in buying, selling, renovating, leasing, and managing property. She appreciates that every home is both a personal sanctuary and one of life’s most important financial investments.
As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), the wife of a U.S. Air Force veteran, and the parent of an adult son with disabilities, Arzu understands that every family has unique priorities. Her experiences have deepened her appreciation for relocation, accessibility, thoughtful design, and homes that can adapt to support every stage of life.
Arzu believes the best real estate decisions are made when clients feel informed, understood, and confident, not pressured. She listens before she advises, educates before clients decide, and develops a strategy tailored to each client’s goals, lifestyle, and future.
