Christina Lazopoulos is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in Wilmington, Delaware. Having grown up there, she earned BS degree from the University of Delaware. Christina built her career on a foundation of service, guidance, and strong communication qualities that seamlessly transitioned into real estate when she began her practice in 2005.
Having lived throughout northern and coastal Delaware, including Wilmington and Fenwick Island, as well as Pennsylvania, California, and Nevada, Christina understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities that come with relocation. As a mother of three who has bought, sold, and built custom homes herself, she brings invaluable perspective to every transaction. Her clients benefit from her genuine empathy, steady guidance, and the great satisfaction she finds in matching families with the right home for their lifestyle and future goals.
Christina’s background in leadership and education further distinguishes her in the industry. She previously served as Center Coordinator at New Castle County Head Start, Inc. & Director of The Goddard School in Wilmington. In addition to real estate, Christina founded Christina J. Interiors, enhancing her ability to stage homes for sale and guide clients through renovation decisions that maximize value and appeal.
Active in her community, Christina volunteers with Canine Partners for Life, a nonprofit dedicated to raising and training service and companion dogs.
When she’s not working with clients, Christina enjoys her family, cooking, music and dogs.
