Katie Fones is a full-time residential Realtor whose background as both an attorney and real estate professional brings uncommon depth to her work. Since 2017, she has advised buyers, sellers, investors, and divorcing spouses in the luxury real estate market, offering strategic guidance shaped by years of experience in negotiation, valuation, and client advocacy.
A licensed attorney in Maryland and California, Katie practiced family law for 17 years before moving full-time into selling residential real estate. Over the course of her career, she testified in court on valuation issues, assessed residential real estate assets in divorce matters, and worked closely with attorneys, mediators, and clients to help resolve both straightforward and highly complex cases.
That foundation continues to inform her real estate practice today. Katie is especially valued for her discretion, precision, and ability to navigate transactions that require both business acumen and emotional intelligence.
