Chrissy was born and raised in Baltimore County and brings over a decade of hands-on real estate experience to her clients. After seven successful years in the hotel industry, she transitioned into real estate in 2012, beginning her career in short sale negotiations.
After earning her real estate license, Chrissy spent more than 12 years as a key member of a small leadership team that grew boutique brokerage Next Step Realty from fewer than 10 agents to over 120. During that time, she wore nearly every hat a growing real estate business requires—manager, finance and accounting, showing agent, executive assistant, HR, and more. Supporting the company’s owners through over 100 transactions per year, Chrissy has encountered virtually every scenario the market can present. Her depth of experience, operational knowledge, and unwavering commitment to her clients make her a trusted expert and advocate in the real estate field. Chrissy has a passion for homesteading and simple living and in her free time can be found in the garden or on the trail.
