Monument Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes Catherine Miller

The culture of Monument Sotheby’s International Realty is defined by its PEOPLE; A collaboration of exceptional global real estate advisors who provide personalized service, local expertise, and unparalleled worldwide exposure. We are pleased to welcome Catherine Miller.

Catherine Barthelme Miller is a lifelong Baltimore native and real estate advisor with Monument Sotheby’s International Realty, serving clients throughout Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and the greater Baltimore region. Raised in Lutherville and a graduate of Notre Dame Preparatory School, she spent four years in Charleston attending the College of Charleston before returning home to the community she knows best.

Deeply passionate about all things Baltimore, Miller takes pride in championing the neighborhoods that make the area unique and brings an insider’s understanding of local character, lifestyle, and nuance that goes far beyond what can be found in an online search. Licensed since 2017, she offers a hands-on, highly informed approach to every transaction, supported by an extensive network of trusted vendors and expertise in home renovation and luxury finishes. She is consistently recognized as a top producer in the greater Baltimore real estate market and was featured on the cover of Baltimore Real Producers Magazine.

Known for her positive energy and engaging, client-focused style, Miller guides buyers and sellers through each step of the process with clarity, confidence, and care. She regularly works with relocation clients, drawing on her natural ability to educate others and help buyers understand the distinct towns, communities, and lifestyle options throughout the region. Prior to real estate, she was a Teach for America corps member and taught high school English in Southwest Baltimore City, an experience that shaped her commitment to advocacy and service. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Political Science from the College of Charleston and a Master’s degree in Urban Education from Johns Hopkins University.

Outside of real estate, Miller serves as Chair of the Regional Leadership Board for the One Love Foundation and supports organizations including Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital and the Baltimore Hunger Project. When she is not working with clients, she enjoys being deeply involved in family life with her husband and four children and stays active through group fitness, both taking and teaching spin classes in her community.
