Claire brings a rich blend of local insight and nationwide perspective to her role at Monument Sotheby’s International Realty. Born and raised in Baltimore, and having lived in Manhattan Beach and Tampa, Claire has developed a deep appreciation for the unique character and lifestyle of each community she’s called home.
Now based in Baltimore’s Fells Point, she offers clients a well-rounded understanding of both relocation and rooted living. Claire’s path to real estate began organically—through managing and designing local Airbnb properties in Baltimore, one a full renovation, the other refreshed and updated to maintain its vintage charm.
Claire developed a deep appreciation for how thoughtful design can transform space and guest experience. This hands-on exposure sparked a deep interest in real estate and space design, ultimately inspiring her to dive into the industry with full force. Claire has also co-founded a Maryland-based on-demand mobile app, called Napp, connecting local families with trusted sitters. The network she has cultivated has become a valuable resource for her clients, offering added peace of mind during relocations and transitions into new neighborhoods. Her innovative spirit and problem-solving approach make her a trusted resource for real estate clients navigating moves, settling into new communities, and finding the right support systems.
Claire holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, an MBA with a focus in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Organizational Psychology. She is passionate about leadership development, communication strategy, and understanding the psychology behind decision-making, which enhances her ability to connect with clients and tailor each real estate experience to their unique needs.
Outside of work, Claire is a dedicated fitness enthusiast who loves attending spin classes and exploring new ways to stay active. She also finds creative inspiration in film and television and enjoys spending time walking around Fells Point with her pup and family.
