Benjamin Heigh is a dedicated real estate agent with deep roots in Western Howard County. Growing up in a large family that operated a local award-winning produce market, he learned the importance of relationships and hospitality at an early age. His entrepreneurial spirit emerged when he started a car detailing business at the age of 16. As the business grew, he was able to hire some friends to work alongside him. Taking on such responsibilities at a young age taught him valuable skills in leadership, patience, and accountability—skills he now applies in his real estate career.
In his free time, Benjamin enjoys playing golf and exploring neighborhoods to appreciate the unique characteristics of each home. Once he recognized his passion for real estate, he began wholesaling, helping investors connect with sellers and vice versa. However, despite the many conversations he had during this venture, he felt that something was missing: the connection between a homeowner and an agent. He discovered that the joy of guiding a family to their next chapter and finding them the perfect home is a fulfilling experience that can only be achieved as a real estate agent.
His goal is to build as many meaningful friendships as possible, believing that no one ever regrets being surrounded by great and genuine people. If the opportunity to golf with such friends arises, that’s just a bonus.
