Caroline Nowell was born in Surry County, Virginia, and raised on Dripping Springs Farm, owned by her family for over 200 years. She has had numerous unique life experiences including world travel, opening her eyes to many different cultures. After realizing that city life was more her speed, Caroline has called Baltimore her home for the past fifteen years.
Caroline was on the road to being a doctor with a bachelor’s in Biology from UMBC when her passion for real estate investing started to take hold. She is now well-versed in luxury home sales, renovation projects, rentals, international commercial sales, first-time home buyer seminars, and waterfront properties. She is dedicated to answering her phone to deliver a personalized concierge experience for each client. Her focus is to save the most money for the buyer and to escalate the highest purchase price when working for the seller through proven strategic negotiation methods.
Some of her career highlights include gaining a seller $200k over list price on a new construction water front that had no comparable properties for the appraiser to use. “I had to meet the appraiser with my research in hand in order to land us the value for this unique home. Attention to detail is key, this is why I am diligently active in each step of the transaction from lender communication, to title coordination, to even staging, and following the photographer for best shots”. Caroline has created a name for herself through her property videos that have been viewed over 300k times on YouTube. Every detail counts!
