Monument Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes Whitney Jerdal

The culture of Monument Sotheby’s International Realty is defined by its PEOPLE; A collaboration of exceptional global real estate advisors who provide personalized service, local expertise, and unparalleled worldwide exposure. We are pleased to welcome Whitney Jerdal.

Whitney Jerdal is a second‐generation Realtor® from Richmond, Virginia. Her love of real estate sparked at an early age watching her father help his clients fulfill their dreams of owning a home. His mentorship and stellar service model paved the way for her strong work ethic and service-minded approach to helping her clients.

Before her career in real estate, Whitney worked on Capitol Hill as well as in various fundraising and consulting positions in locations such as Atlanta, Georgia, and Annapolis, Maryland.

Whitney is dedicated to giving her clients the best experience possible. Whether they are buying or selling a home, she is committed to serving their interests and assisting throughout every aspect of the real estate process. Her sellers rely on her understanding of the marketplace and her talent for preparing and positioning their homes for the market. Buyers rely on her extensive knowledge of the Annapolis area and her ability to match buyers with homes, in many cases before they even hit the market. When you work with Whitney, you can expect thoughtful connections, commitment to excellent service, custom plans, curated home searches, and guidance throughout your entire transaction.

As the daughter of an Army veteran and the granddaughter of a Navy veteran, she is honored and privileged to help military families who have a permanent change of station to the Anne Arundel County area.

Recognizing the importance of housing stability and the role it plays in fostering vibrant neighborhoods, Whitney joined the Rebuilding Together Board in 2023. The board is part of a national network of local affiliates and provides critical renovations and modifications to homes and communities of neighbors in need.

Whitney and her husband moved their three children from the D.C. area to find a slower pace of life in Annapolis. They find the capital city to be a hidden gem nestled on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay. Whitney spends her free time on the sidelines of the soccer field, exercising, and chasing her Golden Retriever, Lulu.
