Svetlana is a bilingual, multicultural, and dedicated Real Estate professional with experience in teaching. After a long career helping children to learn, she wanted to make a change and do something she was already passionate about – helping families to find their dream homes.
Svetlana is unique because she applies logic and emotional aspects in equal proportion when solving problems. In her previous role as a teacher, she had to deal with different personalities. She empathizes well with people from all backgrounds, excels at building good relationships quickly, and understands what her clients want and how best to deliver that. Svetlana enjoys working in a fast-paced atmosphere managing all her responsibilities and providing results. Exceptionally well organized, she puts together a special marketing plan to sell the property for the “top dollar” and guarantees she will remember the important facts and keep track of things you can easily forget or just miss while overwhelmed by the process.
She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the MARYLAND Association of Realtors, and the Howard County Association of Realtors, a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and Pricing Strategy Advisor. Her services include contract management, negotiation, consultation, and professional marketing.
Svetlana and her family enjoy picnicking, playing tennis, and going to the gym. She finds mental balance through practicing yoga and meditation and loves to cook tasty delights.
