Monument Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes Janette Fine

The culture of Monument Sotheby’s International Realty is defined by its PEOPLE; A collaboration of exceptional global real estate advisors who provide personalized service, local expertise and unparalleled worldwide exposure. We are pleased to welcome Janette Fine.

Janette brings 27-plus-years of experience as a successful real estate agent to Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.  Her love of homes, design, and colors made this career path a natural selection. Finding a home that fulfills the needs and desires of her clients has been Janette’s incentive and measure of personal success.  She has worked with young professionals, couples just starting out, individuals relocating, and those over 55 that just feel their home is ready for new owners to give it what they have enjoyed over the years.  She does her very best whatever the circumstances.  Janette works for each client to be treated the same way she would want to be treated, and her reward is a happy client.

As a buyer’s agent, Janette will work endlessly until the right house comes on the market. As a seller’s agent, she will creatively market and diligently negotiate the contract every step of the way until settlement. Whatever the representation, she gives all her clients 100%.  In her own words, “I am a realtor for life; I love it”!

A resident of Ellicott City, Maryland for 49 years, Janette and her husband, Mike, raised their two children there.  Their adult children, spouses, and seven stellar grandchildren all live in Ellicott City. Naturally, family time is a top priority.  Sharing a love of history, Janette and Mike live in a historic home from the late 1700s, much loved and enjoyed by the entire family.  Janette plays Pickle Ball and recently took up playing mahjong.

The family supports United Way of Baltimore and is very pleased that United Way has recently opened a center in Howard County to support those in need.  Janette volunteers to provide meals for the sick at home on a grassroots level. Over the years the family has contributed to Catholic Charities, Marion House, St. Jude’s, and many other organizations.
