Monument Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes Robin Hess

The culture of Monument Sotheby’s International Realty is defined by its PEOPLE; A collaboration of exceptional global real estate advisors who provide personalized service, local expertise and unparalleled worldwide exposure. We are pleased to welcome Robin Hess.

Accomplished Realtor® and Director of Operations Robin Hess returns home to Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.

After accepting an offer to oversee the Launch Process of Baltimore’s newest boutique brokerage, Robin Hess completes her one year agreement and returns home to lead a small Team with her partner Jonathan Hoory and focus on legislation.

Featured in major publications such as Inman, Baltimore Real Producers and interviewed by WBAL and The Baltimore Sun, Robin is a recognized and well respected and successful Director of Operations in the Maryland marketplace. Having closed transactions from Ocean City to Deep Creek, she understands the complexities and evolution of our market and how they affect Buyers and Sellers.

“Co-managing a team of Top Producers in the field has created a mentality of extreme detail examination. I am so grateful for the experience this has given me; it challenged me in ways I didn’t know myself capable of exceeding. Now, though, it’s time to set about the business of quality versus quantity. I am less interested in units, and far more committed to growth in all ways: in my client’s bottom line, in my advocacy in legislation, in my community and in my partnership. I remain a deep supporter of the new brokerage and all of my agents there. They have been my very favorite part of this career.”

Robin’s partnership with top producer Jonathan Hoory, formerly of the Garner Group of Monument Sotheby’s International Realty, comes at no surprise to the community. While they each have their own areas of focus in the real estate field, they complement one another’s abilities and support one another’s pursuits.

Since 2020, Robin closed a total of 47 transactions of her own and managed just under 300 units for the firm. In 2021, the collaborative group closed just over $101,000,000.

Having been in real estate since 2014 and having occupied many positions over the years from Team Manager, Mentor, Co-Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Growth and Development, she is a valuable asset to Monument Sotheby’s. Her unique experiences on both sides of this business give her unprecedented foresight into client finance, investment, and the housing market as a whole. She currently occupies a seat with the Legislative Committee with the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, is an attendee of Maryland Realtors Leadership Academy in Annapolis, is a member of the National and Local Chapter Women’s Council of Realtors and is a contributing member of the National Association of Realtors. She also recently completed 135 hours required to become a licensed Associate Broker.

Robin resides in Pikesville with her partner Jonathan, their daughter Malana and their son Elias. In her spare time, she enjoys literature, travel, and spending quality time with her family. She practices yoga and enjoys art. Robin is involved with several non-profits and can be seen alongside her daughter whenever possible volunteering.
