| Jon Hoory returns to Monument Sotheby’s International Realty, the brand synonymous with class and integrity, excited to form a team with his partner, Robin Hess. His previous affiliation with Monument Sotheby’s and the success he found there made the decision an easy one. After leading a team in marketing for five years, Jon has been involved as an investor in the real estate world since purchasing his first property in 2008. This venture afforded him the ability to work from home while caring for his son, Elias. In 2019 as Elias began school, Jon decided to take the plunge and obtain his real estate license and put the skills honed by investment success to work for those in his community and in the marketplace. Since 2020, Jon has personally closed over 60 transactions and was an instrumental part of launching a brokerage. In addition to his experience as an investor, his relationship with other investors remains strong. Jon recently brought a 41 unit portfolio valued at over $8 million to list with the brokerage. While Jon’s experience and expertise lie in Baltimore City and its surrounding areas, he has lived the majority of his life in Maryland and is comfortable transacting from the mountains to the sea. Jon prides himself on his ability to mobilize, strategize, and negotiate his clients into the best position possible. Utilizing his “investor eye” and sharp negotiating skills, Jon is an asset to the brand and his team as well as to other agents and consumers in the marketplace. Jon intends to become involved and serve their communities through volunteer efforts both inside and outside of the real estate world. Forming a team under the Monument Sotheby’s International Realty banner is a perfect chance and fit to achieve these goals. Jon is a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and serves on the Stoneleigh Elementary PTSA. His focus in the upcoming year will be to serve on a Board Committee and to obtain Associate Broker or GRI designation. |
