Joy Michelle Moore is your Concierge REALTOR® specializing in both the luxury residential Real Estate and land markets. Joy began her Real Estate career in Sedona, Arizona in 2003 directly from Real Estate school. Over the next four years, she grew as a solid agent and won several top awards for sales, obtaining her status as an Accredited Buyer Representative and later as an Associate Broker. In 2006 she purchased Assist 2 Sell Sedona Buyers & Sellers Realty and was the owner & Designated Broker of that brokerage until 2008. Subsequently, Joy joined Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty Sedona, where she won the 2018 President’s Award and was in the top 5% for production.

Joy has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology (with a minor in Nursing) from the University of California, Santa Barbara, which has assisted with the psychological aspect of negotiations in the Real Estate process. She attended Duke University in 2011, passed the North Carolina Paralegal Bar, and is a Certified Paralegal. From 1996 until 2012, she worked in several capacities: as an Agent and Publicist for top filmmakers, in the medical industry, in law enforcement, and in the insurance and legal fields.
Passionately committed to contributing to the communities where she has worked, Joy has served with numerous organizations: From 2020 to 2021, as a Director of the Sedona Verde Valley Association of Realtors®. She also served as a Governing Board Member (Fire Commissioner) for the Sedona Fire District for the term of 2018 to 2021 and from 2004-2008. She was a Eucharistic Minister with her church for more than eight years. She volunteered for the Northern Arizona Chapter of the Red Cross, The Boys & Girls Club of the Verde Valley, and with Special Olympics of Southern California. From 2011–2012 Joy was a Vetted Volunteer Patrolman for the Raleigh Police Department where she received the President’s Volunteer Service Award from President Obama, for over 500 Volunteer hours in Law Enforcement.
When she has a few spare moments, Joy enjoys traveling and spending time with her two dogs.
