Monument Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes Tom Czajkowski

Born and raised in Catonsville, Maryland, Tom has been a resident of Hampstead for 31 years and has affiliated with Monument Sotheby’s International Realty at the Hampstead office.  Licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania, he has developed a solid reputation in real estate as a knowledgeable agent representing both buyers and sellers in transactions including land, condominiums, townhomes, and luxury homes.  His clients have ranged from first-time buyers to sellers transitioning to smaller homes.  Tom held the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist® for eight years, assisting with maturing individuals’ special real estate needs. 

He brings extensive negotiating experience through years of corporate sales and management.  Tom’s mission is to treat his clients the way he would want to be treated while making a difference in their lives.  He strives to provide his clients with all the appropriate information needed to deliver a stress-free, “Peaceful Easy Feeling” at decision time.  This approach yielded nine consecutive annual sales and achievement awards as well as The Client Service Award through his former brokerage.

Tom volunteers for the Special Olympic Games and the Youth Golf Program at Oakmont Green Golf Course.  He won the first Piney Run Fishing Tournament and a Harley Davidson motorcycle while participating in a Special Olympics golf tournament.  Tom enjoys playing golf, fishing, and spending time with his four grandchildren.
