Monument Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes Cassandra Christensen

The culture of Monument Sotheby’s International Realty is defined by its PEOPLE; A collaboration of exceptional global real estate advisors who provide personalized service, local expertise and unparalleled worldwide exposure. We are pleased to welcome Cassandra Christensen.

Cassandra Christensen sold over six million in residential real estate during 2021. She has been in the real estate field since the early 2000’s after graduating from New York University.  While living in Manhattan she began in sales and leasing before moving to Los Angeles.  While there, she worked for billionaire developer Rick Caruso, Steinberg Architects, and later in commercial and residential real estate in downtown Los Angeles.  Cassandra’s love of fine homes brought her to Sotheby’s Pacific Palisades where she assisted clients with sales in the luxury markets of Santa Monica, Malibu, and throughout Los Angeles. In 2019, she moved to Montecito, Santa Barbara, where she worked in both the commercial and residential sectors and was thrilled to make her clients’ dreams come true.

Cassandra has advised clients throughout the country and attributes her expert negotiation and communication style to her degree in Journalism and Theater coupled with influential mentorship of top producers early in her career.  She has been involved in theater and film since her days at NYU and is thrilled to be associated with Sotheby’s International Realty and its rich culture of art appreciation.

Cassandra moved to Howard County this year to be near family and is looking forward to making an impact in the community by expertly helping sellers and buyers throughout Maryland.  She is the Chair of the Fundraising Committee of her local Elementary PTA and loves to help other nonprofits that positively impact the lives of children.
