Monument Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes Taylor Welsh

The culture of Monument Sotheby’s International Realty is defined by its PEOPLE; A collaboration of exceptional global real estate advisors who provide personalized service, local expertise and unparalleled worldwide exposure. We are pleased to welcome Taylor Welsh.

Taylor grew up in Phoenix, Maryland spending her adolescent life in Baltimore County where she attended the Saint Paul’s School for Girls.  Following graduation, she took a leap of faith, packed her skis, and moved to Colorado where she graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  Taylor double majored in Accounting and Real Estate with a minor in Spanish. These skills helped lead her into the world of commercial title insurance where she dealt with properties of all prices and sizes across the United States.  She worked in inside sales and as an escrow assistant for over two years before making the decision to return to Baltimore to start her real estate career locally.

Back in Maryland, Taylor completed a marketing internship with Monument Sotheby’s International Realty where she learned the many facets of what sets our brokerage apart from the rest. She then got her real estate license to continue her path of success and joined the List Residential Group to work alongside her mom, Chevelle. Taylor looks forward to using her many proficiencies to work with clients and to help her group find success.

Taylor is also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women where she was on the new member committee and received a scholarship to attend their conference in San Diego, California. In her free time, Taylor loves to volunteer at Habitat for Humanity, go skiing, and spend time with her friends and family. Her real estate degree, knowledge of title insurance, and understanding of the market have made her a well-rounded agent.
