Linda Braerman brings 20 years of contract negotiating skills and 15 years in business building with Nationwide Insurance. She transitioned into real estate four years ago and her professionalism, confidence and business savvy made her a sure success from the start. Linda holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland College Park, and holds membership in both the Greater Baltimore and the Coastal Board of Realtors.
Linda excels in customer service for her clients and has a passion for training and developing new agents. Her number one focus is the client’s experience, as she is aware this is one of the largest purchases anyone will ever make. Her goal in every transaction is to make sure the client, whether a buyer or a seller, is kept informed through the entire purchase and she is always available. Selling all price point properties and also unimproved land, Linda works by referral from friends and her current clients. She has relationships built on trust, respect and her knowledge of the industry.
Linda is the proud mother of two boys; her 17-year-old attends Loyola Blakefield and her 19-year-old attends Loyola University.
