This significant affiliation solidifies our presence in Carroll County and the surrounding communities, and includes the addition of the company’s prominent office on North Main Street in Hampstead.

Fales Realty was co-founded by Sherri and Bob Fales. The brokerage opened in doors in Hampstead in 2010 and has become a trusted name in the community. Fales Realty is also home to influential community Realtors, Mercedes Brooks, Penny Wilson, Nora Drury, Trina Grimm and Susan Hall who will bring decades of experience and a portfolio of properties that will be now marketed under the Monument Sotheby’s International Realty brand through its distinctive distribution platform.
