Monument Sotheby’s International Realty welcomes Rodney Dotson to its team of experienced agents.
Rodney Dotson is a native Marylander who is passionate about helping his clients with their buying or selling needs in real estate. Rodney has extensive knowledge of Baltimore and its surrounding suburbs. He takes pride in the “Art of Real Estate”, meaning the skills that it takes to be a dynamic agent. Rodney currently holds certifications as a Seller Representative Specialist and Certified Negotiation Expert.

Rodney grew up in Baltimore City and attended Roland Park Middle School, Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, and Morgan State University.
Raised by two sets of grandparents, he leads by example and leans on the values they instilled in him at an earlier age; faith, family, and hard work.
In his spare time, Rodney enjoys date nights with his wife, hugging his three children, Stefen, Ella, and Conner, casual business conversations, and mixing a great whiskey cocktail.
