April 16, 2019- Monument Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce that Peggie Pendergast has joined their team of agents based out of the Ritz-Carlton Marina office in downtown Baltimore.
Peggie Pendergast arrived in Baltimore five years ago from upstate New York. Following her children, who all three happily settled in Baltimore, made leaving the snow and cold of the north to live on a vibrant harbor surrounded by family, an easy choice.
Selling the homestead and transitioning to a home in historic Fells Point offered her the opportunity to explore real estate as a new career. Her background in education and work with families contributed to her knowledge base in helping homeowners and buyers to successfully market, sell and purchase their properties.
“We are thrilled that Peggie is bringing her extensive experience to Monument Sotheby’s International Realty,” says Kimberly Kepnes, Vice President of Development at Monument Sotheby’s International Realty. “Peggie will be strengthening our bridge from Baltimore to Severna Park as she partners and collaborates with her daughter and Severna Park agent, Kelly Pendergast.”
Peggie’s interests include going to Orioles games, spending time with the grandchildren, organizing family gatherings, as well as running at Fort McHenry and around the Baltimore Harbor. Peggie looks forward to working with Monument Sotheby’s in growing her business to further expand her services for her clients and the community.
