Monument Sotheby’s International Realty Introduces Donna Emeott

December 13, 2018 – Monument Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the newest addition to their team of talented real estate agents, Donna Emeott.

Donna Michael Emeott has an impeccable record in real estate, and is known for going above and beyond to help her clients achieve their goals. She is a native Marylander, whose family was granted the original land grants for what are now known as Chevy Chase and Dulaney Valley. Raised in Baltimore, Donna’s family owns property in Dorchester County, and she is very familiar with the increasingly popular area known as “The Necks.”

She holds a B.S. from Towson University and an M.F.A. from Loyola University, New Orleans. While in New Orleans, she was the Public Relations Director for the boutique record label, Monkey Hill Records. After losing her home in Hurricane Katrina, Donna moved back to Baltimore. This loss was a primary motivation for her career introduction into real estate.

As a member of the Junior League of Baltimore, Donna has given back to the community in endless ways. She is also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, local gardening clubs, and has volunteered in many capacities at the McDonogh School, which her grandfather and daughter attended, the Immaculate Conception School in Towson, and as a member of the Loyola Blakefield Mother’s Club. She is a strong literacy advocate.

For Donna, every home purchase is significant in that a house is not just a house, but a home. Her involvement in historic preservation has given her knowledge of the craftsmanship that goes into older homes, and offers solutions for the best ways in which to preserve these beautiful homes.

“We are excited to have Donna on our team, as she brings a wealth of knowledge about the Baltimore real estate market and is relentlessly dedicated to her clients,” said Kimberly Kepnes, Vice President of Development at Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.

Donna specializes in Homeland, Roland Park, Guilford, Lutherville, Phoenix, as well as most of North Baltimore County and Dorchester County. She resides in North Roland Park with her husband, Matthew, an industrial designer with multiple degrees from SCAD, and her son, Ethan, an Ignatian scholar at Loyola Blakefield. Her daughter, Madeleine, attends Arizona State University.
