November 28, 2018 – Monument Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce that Dale Terrill is joining their team of experienced real estate professionals.
A Top Realtor in sales and volume for Baltimore’s Reservoir Hill Neighborhood three years in a row, Dale Terrill joins the Roland Park office with extensive experience in the Baltimore real estate market.
Dale is an involved community member and has used his real estate and development experience to co-found the Mount Royal Community Development Corporation, sit on the Board of Directors for the Reservoir Hill Improvement Council, and act as the President of the Upper Eutaw Madison Neighborhood Association.
As the Director of Community Initiatives for the Mount Royal Community Development Corporation, Dale worked to bring vacant properties back to productive use. Dale has also authored the book, “Images of America: Reservoir Hill”.

Dale received his undergraduate and Masters degree from Texas Tech University, graduating with a Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Management and Marketing.
In addition to real estate consulting, Dale is a member of the Baltimore City LGBTQ Commission and the Maryland LGBT Chamber of Commerce. He volunteers and is active in the addiction and substance abuse recovery community.
