June 25, 2018, Baltimore, MD – Monument Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce Kimberly Kepnes will be joining its brokerage and filling the role as the company’s first Regional Vice President for Development. Kepnes brings over 20 years of exceptional real estate service, unique, historic home and commercial real estate representation to Monument Sotheby’s International Realty and is looking forward to expanding the company brand.

Kimberly is originally from Akron, Ohio and currently resides in Ellicott City where she has survived two 1,000 year floods! She just celebrated her first marriage on June 16, 2018. In her free time Kimberly spends time overseeing her Castle Angelo Country Inn, a Historic Castle converted to a Country Inn in Historic District of Ellicott City which she has owned since 2007. She has received many awards during her career such as Decorated Company Agent Annually and Company Top 100 from Coldwell Banker Residential Realty Estate.
