February 16, 2018, Baltimore, MD – Monument Sotheby’s International Realty welcomes Teri Sullivan to their team of highly experienced agents. Teri graduated from George Mason University with a BA in English Literature. Teri began her career working as a paralegal for Counts and Kanne Chartered, a prominent Washington D.C. law firm, in their commercial real estate department. While in D.C. she also worked for the counsel representing the IBEWs pension fund, one of the country’s largest pension funds, with commercial real estate transactions and development. She then moved to New York City where she worked for Willkie Farr & Gallagher, LLP as a real estate analyst. She represented their international clients with their U.S. domiciled real estate portfolios.

Baltimore became home to Teri where she has enjoyed every moment of raising her two, beautiful daughters. Teri said, “I am grateful for the opportunity to work with the Monument team.
