Adam comes to Monument Sotheby’s International Realty from one of the top teams in the country where he was a top producer and represented some of the highest priced properties.
“Adam brings immense talent to our team,” says Jean Quattlebaum, General Manager. “He has represented buyers and sellers in luxury waterfront, land and real estate investment properties – listing, selling and settling his first multi-million-dollar waterfront listing in his first year in real estate. Specifically, Adam has experience with the waterfront markets in Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Queens Ann’s and Talbots’s counties.”
Adam is a Baltimore native who returned to Baltimore ten years ago from the eastern shore. He holds a BA in Hospitality Management with a Minor in Business. While earning his degree he completed the Walt Disney Companies Management and Leadership training program. After completing the training program, Adam stayed in Orlando to work as the VIP food and beverage specialist for Epcot Center for several years. It was this position that gave Adam the opportunity to consistently supervise service for high profile clientele from all over the world such as celebrities, business executives, heads of state and, at times, international royalty. This experience laid the foundation for Adam’s service practices that he has applied and found much success within the Real Estate industry.
Adam is the father of three and comes from a close family that has athletic roots in collegiate wrestling, running for generations. He enjoys traveling and is an avid waterman. He has lived in Florida, New York State, the eastern shore of Maryland and a short time in Mexico. Adam spends his extra time volunteering with at-risk youth.
