Jamaal Jackson, “Feedy of BmoreTuft”| Monument Sotheby’s International Realty I Art Gallery Event
August 28, 2025 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Please join us on Thursday, August 28th, from 4-6 pm at our Village of Cross Keys Office & Gallery to enjoy the paintings of Jamaal Jackson, “Feedy of BmoreTuft ”.
Biography:
Feedy (Jamaal Jackson) is a contemporary textile artist and the visionary behind BMoreTuft LLC, an art brand dedicated to elevating the perception of tufted art. What began in 2021 as a creative outlet during the pandemic, crafting unique pieces for close family and friends, quickly evolved into a burgeoning artistic enterprise fueled by their encouragement.
Feedy’s practice is driven by a singular mission: to challenge conventional views of textile art, transforming the medium of acrylic yarn on tufted cloth from utilitarian rugs into compelling wall decor. His works are not merely visual; they invite tactile engagement, embodying his belief that art should be accessible and tangible. Through BMoreTuft, he bridges the gap between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary fine art, offering collectors unique, hand-tufted pieces that resonate with both visual and sensory depth.
Artist Statement:
I am Jamaal ‘Feedy’ Jackson, a textile artist working with acrylic yarn on tufted cloth, my practice is an exploration of joy, texture, and color. I am drawn to the unique tactile quality of tufting, which allows me to build vibrant, dimensional pieces that invite both visual and sensory engagement. Each stitch and loop of yarn is a deliberate act of creation, a process through which I aim to translate feelings of happiness and vibrancy into a tangible form.
My exhibition, ‘Follow Your Joy,’ is a culmination of this philosophy. It represents a personal and artistic journey towards embracing what truly sparks happiness and allowing that to guide my creative output. Through the interplay of rich hues and varied textures, I seek to create artworks that not only capture attention but also evoke a sense of upliftment and optimism in the viewer. My hope is that these pieces encourage others to discover and follow their own sources of joy, much like I have found mine within the threads of my art.
