Monument Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to welcome Vickie Fellner to our team.
A native Marylander, Vickie lived in Baltimore City and County, before finally settling down in Harford County, calling Fallston her home.
In 1992 Vickie and her husband began investing in real estate. Starting with a few rentals and expanding to a larger investment portfolio in the city and county, Vickie managed the leases, renovations, and eventual sale of the homes. Vickie’s love for home design and real estate were her motivation to acquire her Realtor license and make this a full-time career. She also spent a few years in the event planning business, which heightened her attention to every detail and skillful ability to make things look as good as possible when staging homes.
Vickie enjoys being able to help families establish a home; choosing the place where they will start and end their days and begin a lifetime of memories. She is patient and supportive through the whole process of buying or selling a home, making the transaction less confusing and frustrating. “I love handing someone their first set of keys, making the call that your offer was accepted,” says Vickie. “I love helping clients chase their dreams!”
Coming from a very large Greek family, Vickie loves to cook and entertain. She enjoys spending time at the beach, and travels to Toronto as often as possible to visit family. Vickie has three sons, and her husband is in the construction business, which has been very helpful in the world of real estate.
