Kate Beck, Baltimore resident of 14 years, is launching a new career in real estate with her characteristic enthusiasm and dedication. Formerly an event planner, stylist and local tv host, Kate thrives in a profession where relationships are paramount, and she is eager to bring her passion for sales and negotiating to the Mumaw Claster Group of Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.
“Kate is a firm believer in the team’s full service, concierge approach to real estate, and brings her signature attention to detail to the entire process,” says Kimberly Kepnes, Vice President of Development at Monument Sotheby’s International Realty. “She understands that each property and transaction is unique, and prides herself on her ability to listen and learn what matters most to her clients, ultimately helping them navigate the buying and selling process with ease and confidence.”
As an active volunteer in the community, Kate has been involved with The Junior League of Baltimore, Baltimore Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School and Hopewell Cancer Center, and is excited to be a new member of the Women’s Initiative Network at Kennedy Krieger Institute. In her free time, Kate loves her neighborhood runs, practicing yoga, and exploring the magic of the local foodie scene with her daughter, Charlotte a rising fourth grader at The Bryn Mawr School.
Kate is thrilled to jump into this new adventure, and thanks Noah Mumaw for her favorite bit of advice to date: “just sell Baltimore, it’s what you do best.”
